development across the organisation.

Secure
Toybox Nursery was successfully acquired
and relaunched as Indigo at the Village, now
operating as an Indigo Early Years Centre.
This strategic expansion strengthens our
long-term vision for early years provision
and reflects our commitment to financial
and service sustainability.
Indigo at the Village has seen strong
occupancy growth, demonstrating
successful integration and high
community demand.
We’ve taken steps to formalise and
protect intellectual property,
supporting our capacity to scale,
innovate, and share best practices
across the sector.
Despite challenging external
conditions, we have maintained a
clear focus on resilience and
sustainability in all areas of
operations, placing us in a strong
position for future growth.
Supportive
7 Board service visits were completed, ensuring continued governance visibility and
support across our services.
2 new Board sub-groups were launched to focus on key strategic areas, supporting
innovation, inclusion, and long-term planning.
A culture of future-thinking was fostered through leadership forums and staff
engagement around emerging needs and opportunities.
