CEO’S MESSAGE
It is with immense pride and gratitude that I
introduce our Impact Report for the period
March 2024 to March 2025.
Over the past year, the Indigo Group has
continued to grow, evolve, and deepen its
commitment to delivering high-quality,
inclusive, and accessible childcare and
family services across our communities. This
report is more than just a collection of
statistics and outcomes—it’s a reflection of
the meaningful relationships we build every
day with children, families, staff, and
partners.
The challenges facing families in today’s
world—from economic uncertainty to
mental health pressures—require us to be
more than a childcare provider. We are a
trusted anchor in our communities, a source
of stability and support for parents, and a
place of inspiration and nurturing for every
child who comes through our doors. I’m
incredibly proud of the resilience and
creativity our teams have shown in meeting
these needs with care and compassion.
Between March 2024 and March 2025, we’ve
expanded our services, strengthened our
partnerships, and made measurable
progress in our mission to create brighter
futures. From increasing access for lowincome families, to enhancing staff
development and wellbeing, to embedding
sustainability in our operations, our impact
continues to be driven by a clear purpose:
to ensure every child has the best start in
life.
I want to thank our staff for their
unwavering dedication, our partners for
their collaboration, and our families for
trusting us with the most important part of
their lives—their children. Together, we are
not only providing care and education; we
are building stronger communities and
unlocking potential.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to
continuous improvement, equity, and
innovation—ensuring that Indigo remains a
